Overview

Reflective Solutions provides training for the following products and areas of interest:

Bespoke to Client’s Needs

We do not believe that one training course fits all needs; for example, what is the point of training delegates to use StressTester™ against an IP system if their applications are all delivered via the web.

For this reason, all training courses are customized to the client’s needs and environment, and where possible, are delivered using the client’s applications for as many as possible classroom practical exercises.

Mentoring Approach

Again, we do not believe in the traditional talk-listen-do approach to training. In our experience, delegates enjoy the courses more, and retain more knowledge when the training is delivered in a mentoring approach with lots of delegate-trainer interaction and applicability to real-World examples.

In addition, delegates are encouraged to think about their own present and past challenges and use these as discussion points during the training.

Delivered by Consultants

All of our training is delivered by Reflective Solutions consultants who, when not training, are working on client sites using the tools and delivering the services around which our courses are based.

We believe this ensures their knowledge and information are always up-to-date and that they have the real World experience to transfer knowledge to the delegates.
