Which User Journeys Were the Slowest?

  • The graphs used in the above section will allow you to see which of the User Journeys, on average, were the slowest.

  • Another way of identifying this information is to look in the data table (User Journey Summary tab) at the bottom of the screen.

  • You can click on the Max Response, Average Response or Min Response headings to sort the data; clicking once sorts in ascending order, clicking again reverses the order.

  • Therefore you can see in both a graph and data table format the information on which of the User Journeys were the slowest.

  • HINT: If you want to share this information you can right-click on any graph and choose "Save", or right-click on any data table and choose to export the data.
