Licensing

There are three modes in which the StressTester™ GUI can execute. The mode the GUI runs in is determined by your StressTester™ license.

Trial (Download) mode
This mode allows you to try all the features of StressTester™ but is limited to running performance tests of no more than 5 concurrent users, and each users cannot execute more than 10 iterations of the business transactions.

Designer mode
This mode is intended for testers who will be recording and editing User Journeys and configuring Resource Monitors. Performance tests, for the purpose of testing the functionality of your Journeys and Monitors are limited to 5 concurrent users, each executing a maximum of 5 iterations of the business transaction.

Controller mode
The Controller mode allows you to configure performance tests that are limited in numbers of users only by your license agreement, and execute performance tests for any duration you wish.
