Setting Sleep Times
-
There is a possibility that when you recorded your User Journey, you either worked faster than the average user would (due to your knowledge of the application), or slower (as you were thinking about the recording process).
-
In order to ensure your performance tests are as realistic as possible, it is important that the time that StressTester™ simulates between steps is as close to the real-world users’ think and data entry times as possible.
-
StressTester™ allows you to enter a Sleep Time (the time to wait before executing a step) on every step within a User Journey and then to randomise the actual time that StressTester™ pauses in order that your simulated users work at different paces.
